Heavy Duty Vertical Warehouse Storage Cantilever Rack

JT RACKING Cantilever Rack is designed with C/C roll-formed upright column of hot-rolled coil, while arm and column are bolted connected by lifting lug. The base is a welded single unit to be bolted with column. Adjustable diagonal flats and connecting bar is designed to improve the whole stability. Both single-side and double-side bases are available to meet different storage requirement.

Upright Column & Base

Heavy duty cantilever rack column is made of roll-formed C/C profile high quality steel. Column standard varies as 305, 350 and 410 series according to the different weight loading demands. With particular manufacturing technique, column hole frequency error range can be controlled under 0.1mm/10m (hundred thousandth).

The base of cantilever rack is made of sheet steel. Welded base is very easy to be handled during delivery and installation. The length and height can be customized according to different storage materials and function.

Cantilever Arm

Cantilever arms are the heart of the rack system. JT RACKING® offers variable arms compatible with C/C column. Arms can be adjusted easily up and down the column and are available in length with a variety of capacities from 220 ~ 1,500 kgs (100 ~ 3,300 lbs).

Arm can be welded to different positions on the connector according to customized load requirement. Straight, standard and inclined arms are available.

Horizontal and Diagonal Bracing

Lateral stability and spacing of the columns is accomplished with factory welded Vertical x-Brace Panels and Horizontal Brace members.

Vertical x-Brace Panels are required in each end bay of any row, and in alternate interior bays. Factory welded attached bracing clips will properly position the bracing on the column.

Cross bracing with tensioners and column joints connect columns together along the length of the system for rigidity purposes. This connection provides a solid, stable structure.

Application of Cantilever Rack

Cantilever rack is superior for the wide and clear accessing span without structure blocking. Long and irregular shape or packed material such as lumber, timber, automobile shell, tubing, piping, packing box etc. could be easily stored by cantilever racks.
